Information we collect

• Enquiries. Our enquiry and review-request forms prepare an email in your own email app. We receive what you choose to send — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, website and project details. The forms themselves don't store anything on this website.
• Website review tool. When you run the automated review, the website address you enter is used to fetch that site's public pages and is sent to Google's PageSpeed Insights service for testing. We don't store the address or the results.
• Calls and emails. If you phone or email us, we keep a record of the conversation so we can help you.
• Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about the pages you visit and how you arrived, so we can improve the site. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie policy page.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider processes basic technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your information to reply to enquiries, provide quotes and deliver services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We don't sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business — such as email, hosting and IT providers — under appropriate contracts, or where the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on recognised safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable format.
