Keep the value. Fix the friction.
Website Redesign
Decide what really needs replacing
A dated interface does not always require a new platform. We review visitor journeys, editing problems, performance and integration constraints before recommending a visual redesign, deeper redevelopment or migration.
Available analytics and Search Console data help identify valuable pages and the problems worth solving first.
Protect the routes people already use
We create a URL inventory using available crawls, sitemaps and search data. Each existing page needs a decision: retain, improve, consolidate or retire.
Where URLs change, we map permanent 301 redirects to relevant replacements rather than sending everything to the homepage. We also review internal links, canonical tags and XML sitemaps. Search fluctuations remain possible; rankings cannot be guaranteed.
Migrate content and test before launch
Content migration needs more than a copy-and-paste exercise. We check media, metadata, forms and CMS fields, with staging reviews before release.
A launch plan covers backups, redirect testing and rollback arrangements. Afterwards, we check indexing signals, broken links and key journeys, then use evidence to prioritise follow-up work.
